Do I need a permit to renovate my villa in Dubai?
Cosmetic work such as painting usually needs only a community or building NOC. Moving walls, electrical or plumbing changes need authority approval. We confirm what your home needs at the site visit.
Can we stay in the house during the renovation?
Often yes, if we work in phases. We seal off the work area and plan dusty and noisy work around your family.
